ISBA member Aislinn Adams, who hails from Ireland but who lives in Oregon, will be visiting Ireland in October and we’re delighted that she’ll give a talk to the members on the connection between Oregon native plants and Ireland/UK: the stories behind the plant collectors and the plants, and how they got to Europe. Aislinn gave this talk as part of the Worldwide Botanical Art exhibition in Oregon in May this year., where it was very well received! Aislinn will illustrate her talk with many of the botanical illustrations created by OBA (Oregon Botanical Artists) members.
