Running from 06 to 27 May, this exhibition will provide a chance to see beautiful depictions of Ireland’s native plants by Ireland’s botanical artists. Running in tandem with exhibitions all over the world, it will provide a chance to see, on 18 May (Worldwide Day of Botanical Art), digital displays of native plants painted by artists from Canada to Australia, from Indonesia to Chile. We’ll be holding an open day on the 18th as well, which will feature painting demos, a ‘tour’ of the wildflower paintings by Zoe Devlin, renowned wildflower expert and the mentor for our project, and a chance to meet the artists.
