Shipping 
Processing time
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies.
Please allow 6- 8 weeks for limited edition prints.
Books and catalogues will usually be shipped within 7 days of ordering. Memberships take a week to 10 days to process.

Estimated shipping times
We will endeavour to send orders out within the processing time listed above. We use the Irish postal service and cannot give a guaranteed delivery time.

Customs and import taxes 
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Payment options 
PayPal, Visa, Mastercard or Visa Debit.

Returns & Exchanges 
If you have any problem with your order, please contact us at info@irishbotanicalartists.ie within 7 days of delivery.
We regret that we cannot accept cancellations on limited edition print orders.
If, for any reason, an item needs to be returned, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value, unless the damage was done prior to delivery to the buyer.
